About the Journal
The International Journal of Gastronomy Research is a peer-reviewed academic journal that focuses on gastronomy research. There is no publication fee in the IJGR.
The journal is an international journal, published twice a year (June and December), and its publication language is English only.
The journal welcomes both theoretical and research articles on gastronomy. The articles are peer-reviewed by at least two reviewers chosen by the editor
There is no fee for submission and publication.
The journal aims to contribute to the development of gastronomy science by ensuring dissemination of knowledge on gastronomy, culinary arts, and all its related fields based on scientific principles.
