The journal do not charge authors any fees for submission, processing, or publication. All published content is freely accessible to readers worldwide under our Open Access model.

Voluntary Contributions
Editors, authors, and reviewers contribute to the journal on a voluntary basis. No financial compensation is provided for editorial or peer review activities, emphasizing the academic and community-driven nature of the journal.

Independence
Editorial decisions are made independently and solely based on the scholarly merit of submissions. Financial operations or revenue sources have no influence on the editorial process.

Advertising Policy
The journal does not host or display advertisements in any form. This ensures that no advertising revenue has any influence on editorial decisions or published content.
